With more than 25 years of industry experience across the UK and Middle East, 77 Consultancy brings practical, hands-on operational expertise gained from managing the manufacture and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, bespoke cabinetry, doors, and casement and sash windows. Having worked across both high-end bespoke joinery and fast-paced production environments, we understand the operational pressures businesses face on the shop floor, on site and across wider business operations.
We specialise in improving efficiency, workflow, communication and accountability throughout manufacturing and project delivery processes. From shop floor operations and production management to subcontractor coordination and reporting systems, our focus is on identifying inefficiencies, streamlining operations and helping businesses operate more profitably and consistently.
Unlike traditional consultancy, our approach is practical, commercially focused and tailored to the realities of the construction, fit-out and manufacturing industries. With three decades of hands on experience across all forms of joinery production and operations, but predominantly bespoke, high end items, I bring deep industry expertise and a proven track record of operational excellence.
Throughout my career I have been passionate about fostering collaborative team environments where people can thrive, while simultaneously developing innovative processes that minimise waste and maximise efficiency. My approach combines traditional values with modern operational thinking, helping businesses streamline their production workflows without compromising on quality.
As I launch my consultancy practice I’m excited to share these insights with other businesses looking to optimise their operations, build stronger teams and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.

Procurement and maintenance of joinery machinery, material (timber, veneer etc.) selection and supply, factory planning and processes, installation management, hardware and tooling, transport and logistics, HR and recruitment, tender and procurement services for all types of joinery - kitchens and interior joinery, windows and doors, shopfitting, exhibitions and POS.
Fixed-Fee Operational Audit
A practical, on-site review designed to identify operational inefficiencies, workflow issues and opportunities to improve productivity, delivery and profitability.

Cost:
£600 fixed feeIncludes travel within a 25-mile radius of Petersfield, Hampshire (GU31).
Additional travel charged at 45p per mile beyond this distance.
