With over 25 years of experience in the industry in the UK and the Middle East, manufacturing and installing kitchens, bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and other interior cabinetry, doors, and casement and sash windows. Advice and support is offered on the management of shop floor teams as well as the wider business.  

Through a personalised approach, 77 Consultancy will work closely with you to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes and reporting, helping you achieve smoother workflows and higher output. Ultimately strategies are designed to increase profitability by maximising resource utilisation, reducing waste, and ensuring that both production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

Whether you’re a small joinery business looking to scale or an established company in need of operational improvements, 77 Consultancy can help you navigate the complexities of the industry and reach your full potential. Having managed teams from 5-200 employees from various backgrounds and cultures, across high end bespoke joinery as well as production line standards, a wealth of knowledge has been gained on how to increase motivation and therefore productivity. Services are offered on a daily, weekly, monthly or one off basis, with no long term commitment. These can either be provided in person or remotely.

Iain Openshaw

With three decades of hands on experience across all forms of joinery production and operations, but predominantly bespoke, high end items, I bring deep industry expertise and a proven track record of operational excellence. 

Throughout my career I have been passionate about fostering collaborative team environments where people can thrive, while simultaneously developing innovative processes that minimise waste and maximise efficiency. My approach combines traditional values with modern operational thinking, helping businesses streamline their production workflows without compromising on quality. 

As I launch my consultancy practice I’m excited to share these insights with other businesses looking to optimise their operations, build stronger teams and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.
